Together, we will explore…

In week one, we will begin by simply coming together and bringing into this new circle what’s alive in us at this very moment and point in our lives. If it feels right, you will be welcome to share, through words or movement, why you have chosen to step into this journey with us.

During the following five weeks, we will explore together the medicine of each Rhythm and how it might seep into our daily lives. How perhaps it might offer us a different way of being with and relating to Self, others, and whatever arises in life.

We will gather each Tuesday from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. to move and hold each other, and we will have an online sharing circle each Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Our Tuesday sessions will be held at MahaDevi Centre, a warm and cosy space with a beautiful quality of spaciousness and timelessness. The space has smooth wooden floors and a crisp sound system that allows complete sound immersion.

Our Saturday sessions will be online via Zoom. We will have 10/15min of movement to bring us into the body & the present moment before we have a sharing circle. We will close the session with a 5/10 min movement to help us move and integrate what has been shared with words.

All we share in movement, words, or other creative expressions will remain fully confidential. At the end of this journey, you will be welcome to join the greater community of dancing feet and hearts, and of course, you will be more than welcome to join again at all future instalments of Wild Pack.

Agreement

  • This is not therapy. Participants are expected to take care of their own needs and be responsible for their well-being throughout the journey. Support will be available if concerns arise, but the group is not a substitute for professional group therapy.

  • Prior 5Rhythms experience is required. Participants should have attended at least one 5Rhythms class or workshop prior to joining.

  • Mutual respect and consent are paramount. All physical, digital, or verbal interactions must be rooted in mutual respect, clear boundaries, and explicit consent.

  • This is a substance-free group. The space is free from alcohol, drugs, and plant medicines. Participants are encouraged to show up fully present and sober.

  • Curiosity and openness. We invite you to approach the 5Rhythms practice with an open mind, curiosity, and a willingness to explore.

  • Focus on 5Rhythms. While we respect other movement and/or spiritual practices, this is a dedicated 5Rhythms space. We ask that you leave other practices outside the group.

  • Confidentiality. What is shared within the group stays within the group. Participants are expected to uphold strict confidentiality to create a safe and trusting environment.

  • Disclosure of conditions. Participants are asked to declare any physical or mental health conditions or prescribed medications that might affect their ability to participate in the group fully. This ensures we can offer appropriate support if needed.

  • Accessibility and inclusivity. The Mahadevi Yoga Centre is fully accessible to individuals with disabilities. All bodies, abilities, and identities are welcome.

  • Full participation is expected. By joining, participants commit to attending all sessions (in-person and online), barring emergencies. This supports the cohesion and depth of the group journey.

  • Conflict resolution. In the unlikely event of a conflict, we commit to addressing it with compassion, open communication, and mutual respect.

  • Unresolved conflicts. If a conflict cannot be resolved despite open communication and support, participants may be asked to leave the group to maintain the safety and harmony of the space.
